My team (coach), which just concluded its season today (with a loss in the Semifinals) =) and I thought to take the momentum.

I wanted to do something special for my team. I thought to write a letter to them, highlighting their achievements, as well as insertions little about the players as people. I remember my coaches do it for me in high school and college.

But I wonder what can I do? I was just thinking about giving every young person with an envelope. What can I do to the equipment, in addition to the letter? Something cheap (I'm a student!), But probably too personal for the team.
