Recently I took an allergy test, because of an adverse reaction to the holiday season (Christmas) after eating homemade cookies and candy that a friend gave me. Less than an hour after dinner I got a runny nose, then she had a sore throat and tight. Although not for me to go to the hospital because I thought it was a cold. That lasted about three days and finally resolved. I went to an allergy test to zero at the beginning of this week, and the evidence I discovered had little reaction to the coconut. The doctor advised me to stay away from coconut and receive only one EpiPen, in my case, the reaction is worse in the future.
