My sushi keeps breaking after I roll and cut it and how do I keep the saran wrap on my bamboo mat? - bamboo sushi mat
Whenever I shoot my sushi roll and cut into pieces, each of these pieces seem ready to break. I do not understand why, because I'm going up, not now too narrow and not too much rice. Is there a way to make nori glue a little more? I'm also not sure how to keep the transparent film on my bamboo mat, how do you do that?
