Where can I buy red shoe polish? - waterproof shoe covers

I use a pair of Doc Marten wonderful time of the cherry red leather boots, which I every day. Now that the snow and salt of the earth covering, I have red shoes sticking before it can be waterproof, but it's so hard to find.

Does anyone know of major retailers in the United States or the western NYS to know where I can go buy bitumen red / cream? I know I can go online, but prefer to buy you as soon as possible to avoid damage to the boots more than I should.
