Abdominal Pain After Eating Disease What Could Be The Cause Of Left Sided Abdominal Pain?

What could be the cause of left sided abdominal pain? - abdominal pain after eating disease

3 years ago I was diagnosed with celiac disease and hypothyroidism. He had abdominal pain prior to diagnosis and gluten-free diet than me. About a year later, the pain returned, if they are still diligently follow a gluten-free diet.
My left side is expanded, sometimes I feel a pulse. I can hardly breathe. Abdominal pain is usually worse after eating, is a pain in the acute colic. I burp "magic" after eating, although I take my time and eat slowly.
